Entrance Protocols

Hand Sanitizing Stations at the entrance.
Scheduled appointments.
Waiting Stations for Parents.
Stay home if you or your family member is sick.
Quarantine for 14 days if you recently traveled to a high risk area.
Monitored entrance and exit lines to avoid crowding
Visitors are not permitted to enter classrooms.
Students will be checked for a fever when they enter the premises, sick children will be held in the first aid room and the parent will be required to come and take the child home.

Sanitizing Measures

Scheduled cleaning of the Premises with Bio-degradable Disinfectants, throughout the day.
Mandatory hand washing monitored after every meal.
Staggered break timings to ensure social distancing.
Mandatory use of hand sanitizer while entering and exiting the school.
Aayas who help children below the age of 7 to eat will be monitored to wash their hands after helping each child.
Gloves will be required while using water fountains.

Social Distancing Strategies

Personal chairs to be bought by the student to school so as to avoid sharing a bench.
Staggered class and break schedule.
Teachers will be maintaining a safe distance from students during the class.
Teachers and students will be encouraged to wear a mask when ever possible.
Using technology to minimize touching books and exam sheets.
Entry and Exit protocols.
Playground time cancelled till further notice.

Emergency Protocols

If you or your child are ill or feeling under the weather we encourage you to stay at home till you feel better, for your safety and the safety of others.
If your child starts to show symptoms or signs of sickness, they will be escorted and cared for in the first aid room.
The parent will be informed immediately and will be required to take the child home immediately.

We are working diligently to follow and exceed the stringent guidelines set by the World Health Organization. We will be reopening the school according to the schedule set by the central and state government.
